9.  Contest entries can include any videos made in the month of September or the month of October but all must be submitted by October 31, 2019 at 12 Noon PST (Vancouver).

10.  If any registered member purchases, and pays for a Monthly Cannabis Subscription before the draw will incur an automatic entry into the draw to have that subscription paid for for following 12 months (no review necessary) starting the follwing month.
