We cater to medical patients and our compassion program will help medical patients through hard times with samples and discounted medical products. A medical card is not required by law but it can be uploaded to support@growhouse.rocks to join the The Grow House Compassion Club. We’re one of 150+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 250 in Canada) that are not operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any organized crime affiliations.
There are 30+ mail order medical marijuana dispensary sites in British Columbia. Vancouver’s domestic mailing system has been shipping medical marijuana since the 90’s with no record of charges for a customer receiving medicinal Marijuana in the mail.
How Do I Order?
- Register: First, create an account here.
- Browse Products: Select items and adjust quantities in your cart.
- Checkout: Confirm your delivery address and complete the checkout using Email Transfer or Crypto. Instructions are provided on the checkout page and via email.
How Do I Pay?
- Follow the instructions exactly as stated on the confirmation page.
- Ensure all details, especially in email transfers, are accurate to avoid payment issues.
Order Requirements
- Age and Citizenship: Must be over 19 and a Canadian citizen.
- Medical Patients: No medical card required but can join The Grow House Compassion Club by sending it to support@growhouse.rocks. We offer samples and discounts for medical patients.
Parcel Labeling
- Discreet Packaging: No content indication, vacuum-sealed products, packed in a padded Canada Post Xpress envelope.
- Labeling: Only your name and address on a sticker label, with no other marks or text.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 days via Canada Post XpressPost, up to 7 business days in some cases.
Replacement / Refund Policy
- Report within 1 day of delivery with a picture of the damaged or defective product for a replacement/refund.
Order Processing Time
- Orders may take up to 3 days to ship, especially for orders made on Friday afternoons or those requiring special handling.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours on weekdays, and 3 days on weekends.
Guaranteed Delivery
- Choose “Mandatory Signature” for guaranteed shipping.
- Reshipping: $20 charge for incorrect address entries by customers.
Shipping Method
- Canada Post XpressPost is used for all deliveries.
Code of Conduct
- Our staff strive for customer satisfaction. Please be respectful and patient during interactions.
Shipping Insurance
- Non-transferable to past or future orders.
- In case of a lost package by Canada Post, contact us.
- Allow 2 days for processing and up to 4 days for the replacement package.
